European Expat community (Yangon)

Hi there, I am interested in moving out to Yangon to teach. I would like to be involved in setting up a new international school if such a project is going on. Is there a large EU expat community (I am British) in Yangon, or Myanmar? I wonder if there is much need for another international school aimed at expats and locals?
I want a change from the UK and was born in "Burma" but have not been back since and would love to go back out there.
