Help for Burma (Yangon)

Dear Yangon Community,

I am living in Singapore and I would like to know how to help people in Burma after the cyclone.
Is it possible to enter the country and connect to an aid agency helping to rebuild houses, schools and shelters? Is there any need for people to voluntarily help families who lost everything, who might be unable to care for themselves due to their trauma they went through?
How can residents of neighbouring countries help in person?
