Housing Budget for Single (Yangon)

Dear all,

I was offered a new job in Myanmar and the employer is giving a housing allowance of USD Protected content month. I have tried to do my research but the result doesn't convince me that i can find a reasonable nice apartment. My requirement is fully furnished, clean and safe location.

Are apartments expensive in Hlaing Township?

It would be great if you can offer me some insights so that i can have a better understanding on the living expenses and to request for a reasonable budget if required.
