Info Required on Cost of Living in Yangon

Currently I am in the process of considering an offer of moving to Yangon within the next Protected content . Am trying to estimate the cost of living in Yangon for which I need some help. Could you please let me know what would be estimated monthly costs for the following for a family of 2 adults and 1 child (3 years).

Food (we are non-veg), household essentials, maid, electricity, maintenance, other household utilities (except telephone and internet), out of home entertainment/networking, eating out (once or twice a month), some amount of within city personal travel. You can also add to the list if you feel that I have missed out something significant. My company will take care of the housing, school, car, telephone and internet costs.
