Looking to buy a car, possibly importing (Yangon)

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to buy a particular car in Yangon that is not always readily available here. Im not sure if anyone knows any information regarding importing new or used vehicles into the country? I do know that foreigners are not allowed but you can appoint someone who is local... Any kind of information would be helpful!
