I'm a teacher from France, originally vietnamese, who used to teach to children .

Vovinam VietVoDao is a Vietnamese Martial Art that includes a wide range of technics, with or without weapon, with forms wreslting, self-defense technics and acrobatic leg grappling techniques. For children it focuses on balance, control of the body, memorization of movments and discipline, while teaching them to work together with respect.

The class will be in french, english and vietnamese language!
