Moving to Yangon/Apartment, car and driver

Presently negotiating my employment contract. Understand that 1 or 2 bedroom serviced apartments are hardly available. Any recommendation I otherwise could contact for a descent 1 or 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment (middle/higher range) in a area where also other expats are living within(city limits). What could be the pricing or who should I contact ?
Also would like to know what are the costs to have a full time driver and a car.
