Moving to Yangon with a newborn ???

Hello,
I'm moving to Yangon soon. I have a new-born baby and I wonder about the quality of health care there. Will I get all the necessary vaccinations and stuff?
I'm thinking of getting a health insurance too, maybe a family plan. What would work best form Burma?
