Opening up an authentic Australian Restaurant (Yangon)

Hi Everyone,
I need suggestions from Australian living in Yangon currently.
I am thinking of opening up an authentic Australian Restaurant. I was born in Yangon but brought up in Singapore & Melbourne, and been away from Myanmar since Protected content . I am a qualified chef from Australia and worked in various hotels and restaurants for many years.
I want to know there are any Australian restaurant in Yangon and/ or good western food. I am currently in Yangon and talk to a few Burmese here about this idea, they mentioned location is important and also demand for Australian food may not be sustainable.
I want to know you opinion of this? Any experience with Western food?
Would you like to have authentic Australia hotel (good pub meal) with Aus Tap beer?
Any suggestions is welcome & extremely helpful to me.
