Places to walk my dog (Yangon)

Hi, I've been living in Yangon for a couple of months now and my dog has just arrived here. Can anyone recommend some good places to go for walks? I live in the Park Royal hotel/Nawaday/Yaw Min Gee street area and I'm struggling to find somewhere that doesn't have too many aggressive street dogs or where we can actually run. Any advice appreciated? Thanks
