Reporting to the Academic Director, the duties and responsibilities include lesson deliveries and management of students of the Yangon Campus. This position is permanent position.
[Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities]
1.Conducts lectures/trainings in accordance to the curricula provided.
2.The lectures/trainings must be conducted in accordance to the programme and subject outlines provided by the University/External Education Partner (EEP)/Campus.
3.Monitors the progress of the students attending the class.
4.Supplies supplementary notes during the progress of the subject.
5.Grades and returns the assignments or examinations for the subject within time stipulated by the Universities/EEPs or the Campus.
6.All materials developed for the purpose of teaching shall be the property of the Campus.
7.Maintains high teaching quality so as to achieve good teaching evaluation by students.
8.Provides academic feedbacks on the programmes/subjects and constantly suggests improvements to keep the curriculum current.
9.Attends academic and/or examination board meetings as and when required by the Campus.
10.Responds to academic queries posed by students either via email or on bulletin board within 2 working days.
11.Attend to students’ feedback and their problems related to studies. This may include counselling.
12.Undertake ad hoc projects delegated by Academic Director and/or Management.
13.Invigilate test and examination when required.
14.Involved in provision of training to corporate clients and external organisations.
•Minimum Degree qualifications
•Relevant work and teaching experience in educational establishments
•Have at least 3 years of teaching experience in education institutions
•Good pedagogical skills
•Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills , and ability to work under pressure
