Rent price? (Yangon)

Hi, we are possibly moving to Yangon in June Protected content . We would be interested to rent a house upto 4 bed rooms. Can someone tell us what areas are considered to be the best for internationals and what would be an averaged rent price. As well we would need info regarding schools. Our kids are following the British system and would prefer if they can do the same in Yangon. Thx.
