Short trip to Myanmar (Yangon)

I was just planning a 3 or 4 day trip and was looking for the best things to do in a non-touristy way and perhaps if someone knew and English- speaking local to show me around. Ideally I would fly into Yangon, head to Bagan and then fly out of Mandalay. Please feel free to drop me an email on Protected content
