Taxes for Foreign Residents (Yangon)

Hi Group,
I am recently been offered an opportunity to manage operations in Myanmar for my organization.
I am not sure if this has been discussed before but could someone please let me know what the income tax structure in Myanmar is like ?
Based on what I found out, it is flat 35%. Is that correct ? I was also reading somewhere that for individuals getting salary in foreign currency, taxes applicable are only 15%. So that has confused me somewhat.
Any help would appreciated.
