Visit/ possible relocation (Yangon)

Hi I’m about to visit Burma on business and was hoping to get a little advice from some expats currently in the country.

Firstly where are the places to stay when arriving in Yangon?
And where are the places to avoid?

Is there anything I should be particularly aware of when arriving in country?

And I noticed on the Airport information guide it mentions you are only allowed one portable computer, how strict is this statement as I currently have two one for my main work and one as more a personal one?

Plus if anyone fancies meeting up while I’m in country I would very much enjoy hearing from other expats on their time in Yangon/Myanmar.
