Young parents group(or forum) in Yangon?

Hi all.
We are moving to Yangon in mid of Sep with our 8months baby. We would like to meet young parents and have infos about life with a baby.
Is there any expat parents group or Internet communities in Yangon?
Also will be great to know baby shops, parks, things to be aware of, recommended residence area etc before we get there.
