General Medical Care and Hospitals in Yaounde (Yaoundé)

Good morning from London,

My wife and I are due to be posted to Cameroon later this year, we are doing a lot of planning and research and finding it tricky to get very much information.

I wondered if anyone could let us know what the general standard of health care is like and if there are private hospitals or clinics in Yaounde ?.
