Education Verification (Zagreb)

Does anyone have any expierence with verifying there education in the United States. I am working on this process and feel bery confused. I am working on getting my Doctorate in Physical Therapy verified but I want to make sure I have all the right paper work. To me, it seems that they want a translated copy of my diploma. Is that all they need? I did find some conflicting information on another website that made it seem like they needed transcripts, descriptions of course work, etc. Can anyone provide some help to me? I am trying to get this in place as quickly as possible.
