Graduate Jobs in Croatia (Zagreb)

Hello!

I am an American student currently studying in the UK. I am enrolled in a one year Msc Management (International Business) program and I would like to stay in Europe (preferably Croatia) after my course is over.

What is the job market like for graduates in Croatia? Or are there other countries I should check out? It's quite difficult to get sponsored for a job in the UK and I'm trying to stay open minded about other countries as well. Any information in regards to job prospects would be extremely helpful.
