I need some assistance on relocating to Croatia.

I live in Dubai, UAE with my family.

what will be the best and easy way to settle down in Croatia.

1. If as an student, which university to apply for Sales and Marketing or related to this subject in low tution fee.
2. what if i buy small house, how much require to be eligible to be permanent resident.
3. how easy or difficult to get good job to cover all expenses as well as bit saving.
