public transportation in Zagreb

Dear Internations members in Zagreb!

Which public transportation has Zagreb? I read something about railway and buses. Could anybody send me a link to a website, where I can see a map with all bus lines in Zagreb?
Or a website where I can enter an address as start point and another address as end point and the website shows me the possible ways with public transportation? - This would be very helpful! Thank you all in advance!!!
