Relocating to Croatia (Zagreb)

Friends,
I am from India. My company is processing work permit. It will be helpful if i get following details so that i can plan accordingly.
1. Where will be the work permit stamped. India(Submit the passport in local Croatian embassy in India) or Croatia (Travel in business visa and get stamped in Croatia).
2. Cost of living for a 3 member family(Myself, wife and 6 years son). - (Accommodation, Food, maintenance, travel and entertainment).
3. Schooling for my son. In Croatian school teaching will be in Croatia language or in English. If private schools then what is the fees in IGCSE syllabus.
4. In Radnicka cesta, Zagreb what will be the cost of accommodation for family.
