Power Plate – Achieve a lot with little time!
Power Plate is a three-dimensionally vibrating plate which stimulates muscle reflexes that are much more intensive than during conventional muscle trainings. As a result, this high-efficiency train-ing can achieve a lot within relatively little time, muscles and tendons are strengthened, metabolic processes enhanced and blood circulation supported.
