Purchase & Installation of Winter Tires (Zug)

Hi everyone, in preparation for the winter season I would like advice on where to buy and install winter tires for my car. I would like a shop thats reliable but not crazy expensive.

Also, are winter tires recommended around the Zug area, or do they clean the streets regularly?

Just moved from a warmer country were these extras weren't necessary, so I would appreciate some advice!
