Business meeting point in Zurich city

Dear all,

could someone reocommend me a nice and QUITE place for a business conversation in Zurich city, near to Train station(hotel lounge , Bar, restaurant) ?
This Wednedsay afternoon apro. 5p.m I have meeting in Zurich, but because I ( am never been in Zurich before) and my partner are not local, am trying to find a nice place.
