Role: Corporate governance (compliance and corporate administration)

Qualification: Law school graduate, Protected content professional experience ideally in a compliance function and/or corporate administration.
Responsibility: The compliance function will involve assisting with developing the internal corporate governance policy and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. Corporate administration aspect will involve assisting the deal team by ensuring transactions are executed in line with the company's established articles, help maintain company records and record minutes at board of director meetings. The role will also entail assisting the accounts team with providing a transaction history where necessary for external audits and incorporating tax efficient offshore holding structures for projects.
Hours and Environment: The hours are based on a normal working week (8.30am - 5.30pm), although this varies where deadlines must be met.
