5. Provide general administration and support tasks

Qualifications
1. minimum 5 years experience as Executive Secretary in an International environment, preferably in a flat organisation. Expertise in a high level administrative support function in a typically fast paced, dynamic and challenging international business environment.
2. Used to working for high profile individuals
3. Resourceful and efficient with excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels
4. Rigorous, structured and detail oriented attitude
5. Creative, analytical quick to understand
6. Excellent computer skills (Office pack)
7. Fluency in English, French & German.
8. A team worker with problem solving skills
9. Able to work under time constraints with precision and the ability to prioritize
