How to find nannies? (Zurich)

Hi,

I'm moving to Switzerland and will work fulltime and will travel once a month. I need a nanny for my 2 children (9 and Protected content 11.30 am untill 7.30 pm and during the travel time she has to sleep at my place. It is also possible to stay with us fulltime.
We will be living in Münchwilen TG (ca. 30 min from ZH)

Does anyone know any addresses where I can get help...
