International Business Administrator for Switzerland
The International Business administrator works in a European, multicultural and multilingual business environment. He/she works as a first point of contact for HP Corporate & Enterprise customers and is responsible for managing order-to-delivery and invoice related processes. Key tasks exist of analyzing and resolving issues related to order management, physical returns, special discounts, invoicing,
logistics etc. The International Business administrator in daily contact with the customers and is working closely together with the HP transaction processing
The Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the relationship with the customers by providing daily operational support via telephone
Act as one contact towards the customers for all issues End-to-End; communicating all relevant
information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data, identify root causes of repetitive issues and drive corrective actions
Deal with all written or verbal escalations (inquiries, complaints, etc) from the customers and
provide solutions when problems arise
Manage the daily interaction with the Transaction Processing Center
Find solutions to queries and issues and provide coaching and training as needed
Pro-active monitoring of open orders & claims, using different tools and reports to avoid
Ensure that HP internal policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained
Profile and Job Requirements:
German/Swiss (native) and fluent English in speaking and writing. French a plus for Switzerland.
Graduate with a degree in a field such as Business Management, Economics or similar
Excellent analytical skills and have the ability to relate and compare data from different sources
as well as the identification of issues and the securing of relevant information
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate problems and solutions to different areas of the
A good understanding of relevant industry data sources and interpretation of them
Strong software skills
Excellent communication, conflict handling and team working skills
Ability and willingness to work in a very diverse and dynamic environment..
