Open position as Personal Assistant (EN/DE) 50%

We are looking for a reliable and experienced personal assistant 50% (Mo - Fr half days). Our client delivers Governance Consulting to Swiss and international enterprises. Their clientele is very versatile with mandates ranging from Western Europe to developing countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. This position is based at their premises in Baar (Zug).

Duties and responsibilities:

· Agenda management, planning and organization of travel and Board meeting events

· Welcoming visitors, attending telephone calls, emails correspondence independently in English and German

· Office Management tasks e.g. managing office supplies, maintenance and stationery

· Handling short translations (EN-DE-EN)

Skills and specifications

· Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ KV) with minimum 3 years experience in a similar position or willingness to learn

· Experience in translations is an advantage

· Excellent skills in planning, analysing, coordinating activities and establishing priorities

· Team player, used to work in an international and fast growing, dynamic environment

· Self-motivated, independent, winning and hands-on personality

· Ability to manage a challenging workload under pressure

· Fluency in English and German, any latin language is a plus (Portuguese would be ideal)
