Retail Marketing Manager Europe (f/m) / 100%
Your roles & responsibilities:
Manage projects from brief sign-off, country demand/forecast and production up to the implementation in-store
Continually refine consistent and efficient methods with agencies, retailers and our company to deliver World Class retail format and provide key learnings from best practices to the business
Develop efficient Marketing programs & tools to improve the brand perception at the point of sale in order to strengthen trade partnerships for the European Markets
Lead the implementation of in-store communication activities (BTL) to ensure consistency of the European image in relation to the visual guidelines
Deliver sales tools and focused consumer programs to the local commercial & marketing teams in order to improve sell-out and increase consumer’s footfall
Create and maintain powerful cross-functional communicating to secure the execution of the Marketing Plans and a joint accountability to the local Brand Plan.
Bachelor degree and a successful track-record of Protected content in a similar role (headquarter, European) with focus on retail marketing experience in a global organization with own retail operations
Good understanding of retail techniques and in-store requirements
Ability to work in a well structured, organized, priority focused and solution driven way
Fast learning capabilities with the drive to execute against plans and make decisions
Ability to provide new marketing ideas, sensitive to visionary thinking.
Sound verbal and written communication skills in English; other European language is desired
Mobility and flexibility (30% travel time)
