Moving to Zurich

I was wondering if you would be able to help or perhaps point me in the right direction.

My family and i have been given an opportunity to move to Zurich as a result of a work opportunity. I am hearing but my husband is deaf and concerned about what moving abroad would be like.

He is only fluent in English (BSL) a keen golfer and likes to socilaise with other deaf people (at the deaf club) and i was wondering if anyone would be able to provide some advice or support on whether a move to Zurich would be suitable for him.

He would also like to work whilst living in the county and is a qualified plumber - in the UK it can be incredibly hard to secure roles as a result of being deaf and we wondered if this is something that would be possible in Zurich.

Any help / guidance / reference would be hugely appreciated.
