Room to rent (Zürich) from 1.9.16 (Zurich)

Hello all,

We are looking for a new flatmate (preferably female to keep the balance but also males welcome) for our apartment in Zurich Dietikon.

The room is 12.5 square meters, unfurnished, has a parquetted floor and faces towards the quiet back yard of the building. The monthly rent is CHF Protected content internet and utilities included. In addition to your room you have access to a fully furnished and large common area, kitchen, storage unit in the basement and a balcony. You’d share a bathroom with two people. As we are all working we have a cleaning lady who comes to clean the common area once a week, which costs you an additional CHF 61.- per month. In case you have a car it is possible to rent a parking spot.

By foot: Dietikon train station is 5 minutes away. Grocery stores (Lidl, Migors, Coop) are right around the corner. The Limmat river and jogging paths are 3 minutes away.
By train: Zurich HB is 15 minutes away; trains run every 15 minutes. Zurich Airport is 30 minutes away.

You are: tidy, reliable and open-minded person between the age of 25 and 35 who isn't looking for a flat share where everything is done together, but who is nevertheless social and don’t mind doing things together. Preferably you are a non-smoker but we also have a balcony where you can enjoy your guilty pleasure. You also want to stay at least six months with us. To keep the balance in our flat we do prefer a female flatmate.

We are: Christoph 30 m, German and accountant living in Switzerland for a couple of years now / Nico 27 m, German and Consultant, who just recently moved to Switzerland from England and Victoria, German/Hungarian who works in the automotive industry and just came to Switzerland. We are all open-minded and social who like to eat together if time allows or watch a movie and drink a glass of wine or beer.

If you are interested drop me a line here. We are happy to send you pictures of our place. You can move in starting the 1st of September.

We hope to hear from you soon!
