We are a start up, looking for a talented and hungry sales professional to spearhead our sales activity for a series of webinars, seminars and multi-day workshops focussed on Personal Branding and Career Advancement.
To be successful you will be passionate about personal development in addition to having excellent networking, list building and marketing skills. A creative thinker you are not afraid to challenge and bring new, often disruptive ideas to the conversation. Ideally you will bring a mix of B2C and B2B sales experience with you and a track record of exceeding targets.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and Executing on the Sales and Marketing Strategy.
Establishing and building up an online presence to drive sales
All marketing copy and sales collateral
As with the nature of being involved in any early stage venture, you will be expected to be fully hands on and autonomous. From time to time it may be necessary to get involved in other tasks.
Initially this role could be performed on a part time basis ( Protected content ), however, ideally you will be looking for a full time position in the long term.
For the right individual there will be opportunity to form part of the leadership team and have equity in the business.
Please note: Initially this is a 100% commission based role. While the earning potential is uncapped, you must be comfortable with this style of remuneration
