Responsible for developing and penetrating defined corporate customers for our products through the development and execution of appropriate sales strategies resulting in the delivery of revenue ahead of plan. Responsible for a respective market. Develop an effective intelligence gathering process that will allow for prioritization and focus of account plans and actions. Develop and execute effective methods for qualifying prospects from the named account list. Lead all negotiations with qualified accounts ensuring good business practice is maintained at all times resulting in quality orders being achieved in a timely manor and in line with forecasted commitments. Own all named account customer relationships ensuring that ongoing customer satisfaction is maximized through the monitoring and resolution of issues. Ensure that customer strategies are understood and communicated internally and that Kofax direction is communicated to the relevant decision-makers in the customer. Work effectively and productively with all Kofax employees and partners when carrying out responsibilities. Deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify revenue and timing of all projects that result in a qualified pipeline of prospects. Meet and beat revenue commitments. All customers to be signed as references for use with prospects with no customer defections. Have in place effective account teams for all prospects, qualified and install base accounts.
