SEVENFRIDAY, a young lifestyle brand based in Zurich, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support its team and customers!
Sales & Marketing Assistant
Your tasks will include:
Processing customers’ orders in the ERP system (MyFactory): confirmations, invoices, shipping documents, tracking.
Maintaining customer database.
Taking care of web-shop customers’ orders.
Being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and website enquiries.
Preparing monthly reports.
Making the inventory of the different product categories.
Solving problems and notifying managers and customers.
You will report to the International Sales & Marketing Manager.
Education and/or Experience:
Knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and German. Chinese is a plus.
You enjoy administrative tasks.
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept in prioritizing workloads and adaptable to change.
Strong attention to detail.
Dynamic, flexible, problem solver, proactive, autonomous and good team player with well-established social competence.
