Visiting Zurich - tips needed!

Hi guys!
I'm travelling to Zurich in late July. Will have 4 free days to see Zurich, St Gallen and maybe some other location close if it's worth it.
What would you recommend to see? where to go? and where to eat/what to buy?
Your advice will be really helpful to me.
