a classy person. definition please . a worthy personal goal?

If every person were truly classy , all our human made problems might be resolved. i think that the word class as in 'she or he is a classy person' denotes something positive. For instance , a person with class would not bad mouth another , violate another , be mean or wicked etc. do try to think of something more than superficial airs and hoity toitiness. and class may not necessarily be about having wealth or being among the famous celebrities.nor do i mean to refer to artificial ranking in society .just think , if all of us pursued class as a personal goal , there would be no crime, no violence, no wars, no vileness etc etc. sharing and caring because this is classiness. Please let me know your views.
