Blues in Abidjan this week...

If you sometimes long for a bluesy soundtrack to enjoy your drinks, be aware that a couple of short “pre-holiday season” blues gigs will be on this week, if you like the music style: the totally amateur, recreational band CC Rider & the Blues Machines plays at happy-hour time (7pm-9pm) at Pam’s on Wednesday, and on Friday (8:30pm till 11pm) at Jardyland after the first set of after-work drinks (both places are in 2 Plateaux, very close to each other).

If you are familiar with the music and you happen to play (decently) some horns, or guitar or harmonica on which you can improvise, or you sound kind of like Etta James... stage is more or less open for jam...
