Problems and cultural shock expats face in Ghana. (Accra)

Ghana is a great nation and the people are lovely. That has been said time and time again. However, as in every society and culture when a newcomer comes, there are some things that he/she may find odd.......cultural shock.
Let us see how best we can help to solve or make the shock a little bit less for each other. What are some of your experiences?
