The next concert of this season of the Scherzo Foundation's Great Performers series is a very interesting one: the great pianist Behzod Abduraimov.
Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in Protected content , Behzod began playing the piano at the age of five. In Protected content , he won the London International Piano Competition with Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3. SInce then, he has performed with renowned orchestras around the world
