How do you make habits stick?
The hardest part about improving your life is actually making habits stick. While it’s easy to come up with a plan, it’s far harder to follow through. But in order to live a more fulfilled life and accomplish our goals, we have to ensure that our good habits outweigh the bad ones.
So have you tried to start a new habit but haven’t been able to keep doing it long and consistently? How about your New Year’s Resolutions? How long have you been able to maintain them?
In this simple but useful and interactive workshop you will learn of the best ways to create new habits that stick or stop habits that you don’t want anymore.
The intention of having a small, friendly group for this event is to personally help each participant to create (or stop) a habit in your life in a way that it will be easier to make it stick. It may be good to come along to this session with one particular habit you would like to include (or disappear) from your life.
There is no charge for this workshop which will take place in a spacious apartment. There will also be an opportunity towards the end of the event to network and have (free!) drinks on the lovely terrace.
