You could use a road or hybrid bike. Helmets mandatory - no exceptions.

You would need to have a reasonable level of fitness and ability to ride at the pace of the group. All outdoor activities has risks and you will be responsible for your own safety.
We will stop for a coffee break at Windsor.
IMPORTANT: You would need to sent DM to confirm attendance, otherwise we will not wait for you.
