South west of Uganda known as Kigezi region is a fairy tale,beautiful terraced scenery that never cease to amuse.
Favorite place to visit in the country is Kisoro,make no mistake to miss out on this trip,It has jaw dropping scenery and Picture Perfect landscapes around every corner without forgetting the beautiful water bodies and forests , Terraced Highlands characterized by the best climate in the country usually referred to as the Switzerland of Africa.
4 days together,1 epic goal is primarily trip to reach out to Batwa
The Batwa or ‘Twa’ are one of the last groups of short-
statured people also known as ‘pygmy’ people, and until
Bwindi Rainforest was gazetted as a National Park they lived
a hunter gather lifestyle in the forest. As the original dwellers
of this ancient jungle, the Batwa were known as the ‘Keepers
of the Forest’. A visit to the Batwa community of Bwindi is
an enriching experience; showcasing their culture, housing,
food, way of life, fire making, art and crafts, and through their
song and dance, the Batwa will inspire you.
Other activities are;
Bird watching, Tag of war, Sac racing, and corn hole games and Photo shooting ,community hiking,cycling, site visiting Uganda’s iconic tribes
Cary with you sports clothes and a heavy jacket and or a sweater
