Sound Healing with Romy Paltoglou
5:30 TO 6:30PM | LONG ROOM | 10 APRIL, 22 MAY

An opportunity for a full-body tune in and tune up over two sessions, using frequencies that relate to the human body and nature, to relax your nervous system, calm your mind, and soothe your soul.

On 22 May she will present a 'Heart Opening' soundscape relating to the higher Chakras (Heart, Throat, Third Eye & Crown).

Limited yoga mats and blankets available at the museum. We recommend bringing your own to avoid missing out, as well as a water bottle, eye mask, and anything else you require to feel comfortable.

Trained by the Peter Hess Institute, pioneers in sound therapy, Romy is a certified Sound Massage Practitioner and Sound Bath Facilitator. Her immersive sound experiences, relating to the body and to nature, provide clients with a restorative environment to be still and silent, allowing their brain waves to slow down and parasympathetic nervous system to activate.
