Quitting smoking can be a real challenge. But it's one of the best things you can do for your health. Smoking is a dangerous, even deadly habit. It's a leading cause of cancer. It also increases your risk for heart attacks, strokes, lung disease, and other health problems, including bone fractures and cataracts. ??It has been shown that hypnosis to quit smoking is a very effective system, beating acupuncture, nicotine gum, medications, aversion techniques, etc.
Why use hypnotherapy to stop smoking?

In truth, there is absolutely no need whatever to use hypnotherapy as thousands upon thousands of people simply go “cold turkey” and kick the habit just like that.
However, there are also many thousands of people who manage to kick the habit for a week, a month or even a year (or several of either) and then find themselves having “just one cigarette” over a drink or a meal or just because they fancy it, or because there is an upset in their life and before they know it they have started the smoking habit again.
