Spain Fusion presents an engaging platform dedicated to Spanish cuisine, aiming to showcase and promote Spanish culinary excellence in Mexico.
This activity is part of the Spain Food Nation campaign, organized by Foods and Wines from Spain and Alimentos de España.
Set in a distinctive venue, this event offers a full day of thrilling tastings and seminars, featuring masterclasses on a variety of Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.
We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as Álvaro Salazar, Rest. Voro** (Palma de Mallorca, Spain), Juan Luis Fernández, Rest. Lú, Cocina y Alma** (Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain), Xosé Torres Cannas, Rest. Pepe Vieira** (Raxó, Pontevedra, Spain), the Spanish Master of Wine Fernando Mora and the specialist in extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegars, Alfonso Fernández (Córdoba, Spain).
