Food and eating play an important role in our lives at many levels.
Why do we eat, what do we eat, how do we eat, when do we eat, and where do we eat say a lot about us. Everyone has a different and special relationship with food, so how would you describe yours?
Also, can we blame food for everything? Some of us stay feeling hungry after eating, so why is that? Join us to dig up the secrets about food and eating.
This session will be presented by our internations fellow Dr Suzi Suleiman (King’s College - London) who is a nutrition scientist with experience in research and has also worked at community settings in different countries.
