Sunday Morning Hike Estepona Los Reales De Bermeja
Meeting point 9:50 where we need to consolidate in to as few cars as possible.
A 30 to 40 minute drive to the car park at the start of the trail.
A moderate to easy 6.5k hike on one of the tallest peaks in the area. Los reales de bermeja.
The area is recovering from the fire and is a spectacular hike. A steady climb to the triangulation pt at the summit calling at the mirador Dropping down the far side and skirting the ridge eventually dropping down into the forest. And out the other side to return to the Refugio for refreshments. Narrow path but safe with just a couple of slightly difficult spots.
PLEASE NOTE: NO ONE WEARING INAPPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE HIKE
Appropriate footwear is hiking boots or shoes with a proper deep tread. Trainers with flat soles have caused accidents on our hikes and therefore are no longer permitted.
