Ready to Join?

Ready for an exciting diving trip? We will go on a 2 days trip to Coiba National Park, the best dive location in Panama, with overnight stay at Coiba island. Expect to see many sharks, rays, turtles and big fish.
We will arange carpooling to drive friday evening or late afternoon to Santa Catalina, where we are expected at 8am on saturday morning.

Day One
Everyone meets at Protected content We then depart to the boat and head out for our first dive. The ride is about one hour to the first dive site. We do two dives that morning with a stop at either the ranger station or a secluded beach for the surface interval. We then go to the ranger station for a nice lunch and some time to relax before the third dive. Time permitting; we then stop at a secluded beach on the way back to Isla Coiba for a cold drink to recap the day’s events. A fresh hot meal will be waiting for you after a spring water shower.

Day Two
We start off with an early breakfast, 2 dives in the morning with a stop at a beach between dives and then return to Isla Coiba for lunch. Since we are staying at Coiba we are able to go the Pinnacles, which are 45 minutes out, but the best dive sites around Coiba are found there
Then it is time to pack up your belongings, while you think about a reason or a plan to stay on Isla Coiba forever. After arriving in Santa Catalina, we will head back to Panama City

This is a great, relaxing dive trip with some memorable diving in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Coiba National Park.

The accommodations are at the ANAM ranger station on Isla Coiba. It is dorm style with six beds to a room. The rooms are comfortable yet basic each with its own restroom; guests have to bring towels and toiletries.
The price for this trip is only $425 per person, plus $15/day for rental gear. This includes 6 guided dives in Coiba, all park entry fees, 2 nights in a cabana on Isla Coiba, snacks, meals from lunch the first day through lunch the last day, a few beers after the last dive of the day and wine with dinner.
Not included is hotel on friday evening and breakfast saturday morning

Note 1: This trip is open for all divers with at least OW certificate and 20 dives logged. Many dive operators in Coiba only take Advanced divers because of the currents, but we can for our group look for a bit easier sites, but a bit experience behind OW is required. When in doubt, contact me.

Note 2: this is a diving based tour with the opportunity for snorkelers to join. There may be some dive locations where snorkeling is not available.

Please be aware participation is not confirmed until I receive 100$ deposit, which I will contact you for after subscription. We need a minimum of 4 people.
